Retired UTR Teachers Carlos Taboada & Eduardo Martinez Rally For Striking SEIU1021 Costra County Social Service Workers In Richmond
Carlos Taboada who is a retired teacher and running for the West Contra Costa School Board and Eduardo Martinez who is the Vice Mayor of Richmond California attended a rally for 1300 striking SEIU 1021 Contra Costa County Social Service Workers. The workers are fighting poverty wages and for more staffing to provide services to poor and homeless people in Contra Costa County.
Taboada and Martinez both oppose more charters in Richmond and Contra Costa County and the Ron Beller Caliber High School which is being pushed.
The rally took place on Friday September 30, 2016 in Richmond.
